Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Times

Items marked US Stock ship from a US warehouse and typically arrive in 3-8 business days. Other items ship from our international fulfillment partners and typically arrive in 12-15 business days. Each product page states its shipping window.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10+ days, contact us with your order number — we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund if the package is lost.

Address Changes

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change your shipping address. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it.
