We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at AuraTech.

30-Day Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

How to Start a Return

Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the returned item being received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items (face masks, skincare, false lashes) cannot be returned unless defective.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us and we will investigate immediately.
